Use of this website and/or receipt of services is prohibited where prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Commercial Terms

Invoice and Payment Terms

- The invoice must be paid within 14 calendar days after the invoice date.

- Payments after this period automatically and without notice of default charge interest equal to 10%, as well as (also automatically and without notice of default) a fixed compensation of 10% on the invoice amount (with a minimum of EUR 50) as a compensation clause, plus any attorney's fees, court or collection costs.

- If the customer is allowed to pay in instalments, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable if the payment terms are not met.

- The invoice is always sent by email unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer.

- Any complaints regarding the invoice must be submitted by registered post and under penalty of forfeiture within 10 days after dispatch of the invoice in question, but no later than within 14 days.

Payment upon Cancellation or Termination

- If the customer decides to stop during a repair or installation at their location, the full amount of the advance payment and repair or installation performed is due.

- This amount is also due if payment in instalments has been allowed

Cancellation Policy for Repairs & Installations

- If the customer cancels a repair or installation less than 24 hours in advance, this will be counted as a repair or installation and must be paid in full with the ordered material.

- If cancellation is made up to 72 hours in advance, the customer owes 50% for the planned repair or installation and any material costs.

Cancellation by T-tech

- In the event of cancellation by T-tech of a repair or installation, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount already paid within a period of 14 days.

- However, T-tech cannot be held liable for any other indirect damage, including (but not limited to) travel costs, accommodation costs, loss of income or loss of enjoyment.

Complaints about the Services

If you as a customer are dissatisfied with T-tech's service, it is important that you submit your complaint as soon as possible. Ideally, you report the complaint during or immediately after the repair or installation. This allows us to respond immediately and try to improve the situation.

If it is not possible to report your complaint immediately, we request that you send it in writing to T-tech within 14 days after the problem occurred. In this written complaint you clearly describe why you are dissatisfied. This allows us to thoroughly understand your complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
